Hispanic Heritage Assembly In an effort to celebrate our diversity, the teachers of fine arts incorporate the customs and culture of a particular ethnic group into the curriculum each quarter. The first quarter focused on Hispanic Heritage. The assembly at the end of the quarter began with a parade. Skeletons led the way followed by preschoolers and Kindergartners. They made their way to the school hall where the assembly which included music, singing, dancing, the creation of an ofrenda, and biographies of famous Hispanic Americans. Photos by Matt S.
