Preschool will be having a very busy first month of school! We will learn the letters Aa, Bb, Cc, and Dd. Activities that we will do include tracing letters and numbers, gluing, identifying squares, playing with bean bags, and singing songs. Please check your child’s folder every night to see what they did for that day. My weekly newsletter will help fill in some gaps too.

Working with your child at home is important. We have been practicing pressing hard with our pencils and attempting to “color our best.”  This does not mean they have to color in lines at this time, but they should hold the crayons (and pencils) properly and take their time.

The children have been very excited about coming to school and they love to share every bit of information with me that they can. I am lucky to have such a wonderful and bright group of preschoolers this year.
